Another week, another new Mario Kart Tour tour announced! The next tour after the Cat Tour will be the Metropolitan Tour. This tour will have mostly city courses, with a new course called “Berlin Byways.” The tour will be available on June 14, 2022, at 11 p.m. PT. The official Mario Kart Tour Twitter account has announced the next tour after the Peach vs. Bowser Tour! It looks like the next tour will be the Cat Tour. The tour will begin on May 31st, 2022, at 11 p.m. PT. This tour will include another fan favorite, GCN Baby Park! Once the update is live, we will post footage to our YouTube channel. Tour presents and free pipe launches which ;reward the player with numerous things are scattered amongst the cups. During a tour, any player can complete two challenges and obstacles ;(+3 ;if the player has a Gold Pass) to receive extra Grand Stars, albeit the second set is not available until the second week. The majority of tours add new stuff to the game, such as new drivers, karts, gliders, and courses. Tours are updated fairly regularly so if you want to get into the game, just join in and wait for the latest tour, which happens to be the ‘Doctor Tour’, which contains the Coconut Mall track from Nintendo Wii, ;as well as fan-favorite characters like ;Doctor Mario, Doctor Luigi, and others. It looks like Nintendo has teased a new track for the next tour in Mario Kart Tour. This time, it seems like players are taking a trip down to Coconut Mall! It is unknown whether this track will differ from the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe version or the Mario Kart Wii version. In the tweet that Nintendo posted, it says: “It’s a bit early, but here’s a sneak peek at the next tour in #MarioKartTour! It looks like the stage will be set in an upbeat mall. A tropical breeze may liven up the race!” You may view the tweet below.
Nintendo appears to be planning the next tour in Mario Kart Tour. Earlier today on Twitter, Nintendo posted a photo of the location of the next destination, which is a photo of Rosalina and Daisy carrying flowers. Nintendo’s Mario franchise doesn’t just do well because of our little mustached Italian plumber, but because the franchise has a whole array of quirky and loveable characters that pull at ones heartstrings in all the games. From the villains like Bowser and Bowser Jr to Mario’s sidekicks including Luigi, Donkey Kong, Rosalina, Princess Peach, Wario, Toad and many more. All these NPC’s have adorable graphics, unique personalities and influence the games in amazing ways. Some of these characters also have their own games due to their popularity, our most favorite one being Luigi’s Mansion. If you haven’t played that yet, you definitely need to get your hands on it. With all this being said, our most lovable and favorite character from the Mario franchise apart from Mario himself is definitely Yoshi. Not only does Yoshi make an appearance in many Mario games, but he also has many games in which he’s the main character like Yoshi’s Story and Yoshi’s Island, both of which were a great source of entertainment growing up. It’s nice to see the popularity of all the Mario characters increase over the years to the point where we see most of them being a part of the Mario Kart series or the Mario Kart Tour game because these games are an ode to the entire franchise, in fact, an ode to Nintendo itself. Without all of Mario’s allies and friends, these games just wouldn’t sit right. This is why the latest promised update to the Mario Kart tour mobile game includes an event dedicated to Yoshi. Known for its giant rolling Yoshi egg, the Yoshi Tour will begin on April 5th (today!) and will feature the N64 track ‘Yoshi Valley’.
