Disconnection rules: If a player disconnects, then they can rejoin for the next course in the grand prix and will not receive points for the course they disconnected on. We reserve the right to ban or remove anyone at any time for not following rules or may change rules at anytime. Momentum Cross Tournament Results

The results of the Momentum Cross tournament are in! It looks like Macii will be taking home the prize once again! Here are the scores: 1st – Macii: 51 2nd – VerteX: 37 3rd – Dr. Egg: 35 We didn’t have much participation this time around, but the races were still red hot! Our next event will be called the “Rushing Rockets” tournament, and it will be for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The current date and rules for this tournament are both TBD and will be announced later. Which Side Are You on in the Mario vs. Luigi Tour?

The next upcoming tour will be the Mario vs. Luigi Tour, where you may pick either the Mario Team or the Luigi Team in order to compete against the other team. The tour will begin on September 6th, 2022, at 11 p.m. PT, and the trailers for each team are down below. As usual, some footage will be uploaded to the YouTube channel as well.

Bowser Tour Brings in the Heat

The next tour that is coming to Mario Kart Tour is the Bowser Tour! This tour will feature GBA Bowser’s Castle 3, and it will be available on Tuesday, August 23rd, at 11:00 p.m. PT. The trailer for the upcoming tour is below and will be on our YouTube channel when it is available for download.

Sundae Tour Debuts as the Next Tour

The Mario Kart updates keep coming! The Sundae Tour is the next upcoming tour and will be available on August 9th, 2022, at 11:00 p.m. PT. This time it will feature Sky-High Sundae, which was recently added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe through the Booster Course Pass. If you didn’t get a chance to play it or do not own Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, then this sounds like a perfect opportunity to give it a go. The trailer for the new tour is down below.

Wave 2 Now Available Worldwide

Wave 2 of the Booster Course Pass is now available in the US. Wave 2 consists of the Turnip Cup and the Propeller Cup, with a total of 8 courses. In addition, Coconut Mall was also updated with moving cars. We will have the staff ghosts and footage on YouTube once we get a chance to upload it. Also, we are thinking about using the new cups in our Momentum Cross tournament, which we will keep you updated about!

Booster Course Pass Wave 2

It’s finally here! Nintendo announced today that the second wave of the Booster Course Pass will be released on August 4th! The second wave includes some familiar courses, including a new one called Sky-High Sundae. You can still purchase the pass on the Nintendo Eshop or by having the Expansion Pak membership.

Ocean Tour Will Drop Next Week

For the next tour in Mario Kart Tour, we will be hitting the high seas! Ocean Tour is the newest tour and will feature Daisy Cruiser from Mario Kart: Double Dash!! The tour will be available next week, on July 26th, 2022, at 11:00 p.m. PT. As per usual, the footage of the course will be on our YouTube channel when it is available for download. Momentum Cross Tournament

We will also be using the points system once again for this tournament. There will be a 3 minute no-show period before the tournament starts. If you do not show up then you WILL be DQ’d! Disconnection rules: If the whole room disconnects, then we will start over from the same course or grand prix. If only a player disconnects, then they can rejoin for the next course in the grand prix and will not receive points for the course they disconnected on. We reserve the right to ban or remove anyone at any time for not following rules. Cups: Golden Dash CupTurnip CupPropeller Cup Prize: One game up to $60 on any console or $60. (Rules are subject to change at anytime) Congrats to Macii for winning the tournament!

Minor Updates and Upcoming Event

I wanted to let everyone know that the site may be going through some minor updates in the coming weeks and that we have started to make progress on the time trial guides. Right now, we have a casual run of time trials in our Super Mario Kart section and on our YouTube channel. Also, on Super Mario Kart’s anniversary, which is August 27th, 2022, we will be holding our next tournament called the “Momentum Cross” tournament! This tournament will be in mirror mode, and the courses and prizes are TBD until the week of the event. UPDATE: The tournament will now be 150 CC due to feedback. UPDATE #2: This tournament is now on September 3rd, 2022, due to another issue or problem that I have to deal with on that date.
